TERMS OF SERVICE – LOCKREPLY™

Welcome to LockReply™, a service owned and operated by ROUGHT Inc. By accessing, subscribing to, or using the LockReply™ platform, website, or automation tools, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

LockReply™ provides missed-call automation, instant SMS replies, lead capture, AI-driven response tools, and related features designed for locksmiths and service-based businesses. LockReply™ does not replace your phone carrier and cannot guarantee message delivery due to carrier, device, or customer limitations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use LockReply™.

3. Subscription & Billing

• •LockReply™ operates on a monthly subscription model.
• •By subscribing, you authorize ROUGHT Inc. to bill your payment method every month until canceled.
• •All subscription payments are non-refundable once the month begins.
• •Pricing may change, and notice will be provided prior to future billing cycles.
• •Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate business information
• •Maintain an active phone number and SMS-capable device
• •Follow regional SMS and marketing compliance laws
• •Ensure your customers have consented to communication where required

You are solely responsible for any outcomes or communications following LockReply's automated messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use LockReply™ for:

• •Spam, fraud, or mass unsolicited messaging
• •Illegal activities
• •Harassment or abuse
• •Interfering with system performance

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to:

• •Phone carriers
• •Third-party tools
• •Internet or server issues
• •Technical maintenance

ROUGHT Inc. is not liable for delays or disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROUGHT Inc. and LockReply™ are not liable for:

• •Lost revenue or missed job opportunities
• •Failed or delayed message delivery
• •User error or misconfiguration
• •Damages arising from system outages

LockReply™ is provided strictly "as is."

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

9. Modifications to Terms

ROUGHT Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
