REFUND POLICY – LOCKREPLY™

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for LockReply™, a subscription service owned by ROUGHT Inc.

1. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Because LockReply™ goes into active automation as soon as setup begins—and provides value continuously—all monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the month has started.

2. Setup Fees

If a setup fee is charged, it becomes non-refundable once configuration work begins.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly billed, contact us within 7 days. Valid billing mistakes will be corrected promptly.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds are issued.

5. Service Satisfaction

If you encounter issues, our team will work with you to resolve them.
